Versa 3 glitches after update

Immediately after doing the latest update, my Versa 3 stopped tracking steps completely.  Both the Fitbit and app show 0 steps even though I walked over 1,000 steps.  It did not track my sleep either.  The only item showing as tracked in the app is calories.  Customer support was not able to help

I’m having the same issues. This past week my Versa 3 failed to record half of my 3 mile walk. Last night it failed to log half my sleep hours. Very frustrating!
