Versa 3 survey

I have a Versa 3 and started doing the survey that comes up a few times a day to ask how I am feeling.  I got sick of it and have tried to quit several times.  I contacted fitbit at least 3 times and I'm still getting the study.  It is so annoying, I'm ready to throw my watch out and get another brand.  Anyone have this?
