Versa 3 heart rate isn´t working properly

So when I take off my Versa 3 and hold it in my hand for over 30 secs the heart rate still going up and down. It take a minute or so for it to register Mt hr is not being tracked. I have videos of this nonsense spend so much money and the watch doesn't qork correctly.
