Versa 3 is acting odd

My Versa 3 has gone crazy, flashing and vibrating out of control. Side button isn’t responding and therefore I couldn’t turn it off.

Only thing I could do was let it carry on until the battery died which I thought would reset it. The battery quickly went from 81% to flat.

I tried to charge it up again but nothing.

I went onto 24 hour live chat and Alejandro B suggested I clean the back of the watch with a wet toothbrush then fully dry it and wipe the terminals on the charger with an alcohol solution.

I’ve done that and it’s still not charging. It’s like the watch has self-destructed.
