My versa 3 is showing an app or page that has all numbers with 4 empty lines above the numbers. Looks like it wants me to put in a code? It won't let anything else show or open when I swipe left or right. Any ideas? My mobile device is Samsung Galaxy 22 ultra

Hi there, @JudoGayle. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I will be glad to help you!
It sounds like your Versa 3 is asking you for a 4-digit code which is required during the set up process. Have you checked whether your Versa 3 is still paired and syncing with your Fitbit account? To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. However, if you found out that your Versa 3 is no longer paired to your Fitbit account, please see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
