Versa 3 is draining too quickly

I bought my Fitbit Versa 3 in Jan and charge it before i go to sleep. I do have snore detect on, but battery life is about 1.5 days before it shows low battery or dies. Not good enough for nearly a £200 watch. I don't turn watch on much during day. Also, can't get spo2 readings.

Hi there, @Nikki7202. Welcome tot he Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

Also, keep in mind that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. With that being said, I suggest making sure you've followed all tips and recommendations provided here

As for the Spo2 readings, please see Why didn't I receive SpO2 data?
