Versa 3 is losing steps after syncing

Hello,

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed that when I sync my Versa 3 to the Fitbit app, the app reduces the amount of steps that I’ve done. For example, last Wednesday I know I did 25,000 steps because I deliberately walked around to get myself over that threshold before bed. Now when I look at the app, it says I only did 23,653. This is just one example of the same thing occurring. Can anyone please advise why the Fitbit app is causing this problem?
