Versa 3 is not counting floors

My fitbit 3 is not allways counting floors.

One day it counts stairs, next day it’s not. 

And we are talking about the same stairs here - so it has nothing to do with 10 feet (if the stairs is 10 feet on monday it is 10 feet on friday too right?)

 

It has nothing to do with how fast I’m climbing them either. When it’s counting it doesn’t matter how slow I’m going, but when it’s not counting it doesn’t matter if I run it wount count anyway.

 

P.S I have not went for a swim either
