For some reason my Versa 3 isn't counting floors most of the time. It might count 1 flight out of every 5 or 6. My husbands Ionic is adding multiple flights even when he is sitting watching TV. I have even tried wearing them both for a little while and mine counts nothing but his will count 3 flights when I have only gone down 5 steps. This is annoying. Anyone know of any fixes?

Hi @Scorparies - it is odd, try restarting the watch.
You could always try using the SimpleFloors app which shows you how your pressure sensor is working, or not.
Generally the fault is they over count, under counting may be a clogged sensor hole, but treat it as carefully as an ear drum, it is extremely delicate and can be easily damaged when cleaning.

Hi there, @Scorparies. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
As @Guy_ has suggested, please try restarting your Versa 3.
Keep in mind that it tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the Versa 3. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem. So, please try cleaning it with by following these steps: How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Don't forget that Fitbit devices that count floors have a small hole (altimeter sensor) on the back of the device so please don’t insert any items, such as paper clips, into this hole as you can damage your device.

I have restarted my fitbit several times. This has been going on since I got my versa 3 a few years ago. I clean it with a whip for cleaning nails so there is no chance of "dust or fibers" every few months usually but same thing.
