Hi all,

I have only had my versa 3 for a week.

When I wake up before any steps my versa shows between 40 and 300 steps..

Also when I take my first steps in the mornings it seems to be doubling or tripling the actual number of steps.

Yes I did contact support , updated the software on my phone and suggested  I keep watching and get back to them if it continues...It has
