So after less than 2 years, my Versa 3 decided to stop abrubtly. No restart is possible, even the charging doesn't function. I've cleaned the entire watch but nothing seems to work. So this is my third Fitbit watch and all the time it lasts more or less 2 years and then you can do nothing but change it. It's so frustrating!

Hi there, @AlessiaF. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa 3. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Afterwards, please charge your Versa 3 as you normally do and see how it goes. On a side note, please find below some tips to best charge Fitbit devices:
For charging purposes, your charging cable or your base station can be plugged into any USB power source, including but not limited to:

@AlessiaF I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists. Since you tried the steps I recommended here and they didn't work, you have a Versa 3 and your watch is still unresponsive, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.
