Hi there, @Dragonmonk. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3. I understand how you must be feeling.
If the restart provided @Guy_ doesn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
In case that the button isn't responding, try placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
On the other hand, please also note that you might unintentionally press the button on your watch when you bend your wrist. Most of the time, this may happen during activities such as a workout that require you to move your wrist a lot. Try wearing your watch higher on your wrist to avoid hitting the button. For tips on how to wear your watch, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?

Hi @Dragonmonk - it might be worth doing a restart. If you still have the ability to operate the watch face go to Settings and at the bottom Shutdown.
Wait 10 seconds and place it on the charger to restart it and charge it. It may resolve the issue
