Versa 3 issues with vibration

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fitbit versa 3 has randomly stopped vibrating when alerts happen. For example when I'd hit my steps target or press the side button it would vibrate now it just won't.

I know the vibration works because when I turn the watch off then on again it vibrates.

Please help!
