So, I'm on my 3rd Versa 3 in 18 months. First in 2020 lasted not even 9 months. That one i took swimming with me for 5 mins in Thailand, and it never turned on again.... so not even a year into ownership. I sent it back, and it was replaced over 6 weeks later with a refurbished Versa 3, which never even turned on despite buying a new charger etc. THAT one was sent back, and replaced with ANOTHER replacement in January this year (again o had to send reminders to fitbit to actually pist my watch back, as after 6 weeks again, i didn't have a replacement). That one has now stopped measuring heart rate, and turns on and off indiscriminately. I'm over it. I'm only posting this on here to let you know your products are **ahem**, and I've already ordered myself a new smart watch with another brand and will be chucking my fitbits in the bin. Useless.
DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS THEY'RE A WATSE OF TIME AND MONEY.

No thanks. It's in the bin, like i said. I'm here to warn others to stay away from Fitbit - cut their losses. and find a better brand like i did. The products clearly aren't designed and made to last, given i'm on my 3rd product in 18 months. Yu can also tell by the posts in this forum that I'm not the only one. My only regret is that a relative spent their hard earned money on one of them - sadly, thats their money gone down the drain.
