The versa 3 is good however it really needs longer weather Outlook and more accurate step counts. The alexa and Google voice keeps disconnecting!

Hi there, @Hypz40. Welcome to the Community Forums.

If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.

Regarding your steps, if you feel that your step count and distance are inaccurate, confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:

Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

Sometimes, when you start walking, your steps may not update on your device right away. After about 10-15 continuous steps, you'll notice the steps catch up and start updating in real time with each step you take. For more information, see: How accurate are Fitbit devices?

About Alexa and Google Assistant, I suggest checking this help article What should I do if my voice assistant doesn't work on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Hello, Good Afternoon:

I'm having issues when trying to make Alexa working on my smartwatch. I can link my Amazon data to the watch and make Alexa to work, but when I ask a question like the weather, it says that she doesn't know the details of my current location. I tried to modify that info on alexa.amazon.com under "my devices" logged to my account and the watch appears. However, the page failed to save the changes. I tried in different computers and devices, but the outcome is the same. My watch appears as offline.

Any thoughts? Please excuse my messy English... I hope I could make my self clear.
