Versa 3 issues

My versa 3 all of a sudden came up with a scrambled screen. I cannot reboot it and it will not show any screen. I tried putting it in the charger but it got super hot.

Hi @PamCole - clearly faulty, take it back for a refund or replacement under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law.
