Versa 3 issues

Over the past couple of weeks my Versa 3 has been through a number of defects, including:

Turning itself on and off constantly

Not charging

Touch screen not working

It is now happening several times a day and I have followed the guidance for each of the issues to restore my watch to working order. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It is only 07:00 and today I have had to turn it off as the touch screen wasn't working, it then turned itself on and off for a while and now the touch screen is back to not working.

Hi @LemonPledge  - the only way to know for sure if the watch is faulty is to do a factory reset.

But bare in mind this has risks of killing the watch entirely.

It depends on whether the watch is still under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law.,

If it is covered you can get a replacement where you bought it.

If you decide to do the factory reset from the watch Settings, About Versa 3 menu, wait at least several minutes once you tap on it for it to complete.

You will need to set it up entirely as a new watch using the App "+ Set up a Device" option.
