Versa 3 issues

Upgraded to a versa 3 so I could use its new features only to find issues with my note10

 

i looked here and issues were the same in 2019 and 2020 surly this has been solved

 

Alexa won’t connect

wallet won’t set up

bitmoji won’t load its clock
calls to the watch are not compatible 

among other things 

 

please someone help 

 

or do I have to go back to using my iPhone 8

As a first approach, please make sure that your Note 10 meets the requirements listed here.

Regarding voice assistance, please note Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are only available in certain languages and countries at this time. For more information, see fitbit.com/voice.

For more general information and troubleshooting steps for voice assistant, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch? 

About Fitbit Pay, are you getting any error message? If you’re setting up Fitbit Pay for the first time, you may be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN code for your device. Note that you also need passcode protection enabled for your phone. To make sure you're setting up Fitbit Pay correctly, please visit How do I set up Fitbit Pay? 

Regarding Bitmoji, please note our team is aware and they're still working to identify a fix as soon as possible. While I don't have a time frame, make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated.

In regards to the call notifications, are you having issues only with the calls? Do you get any error message? Please make sure to follow Why are notifications delayed or missing?
