Versa 3 issues

Had only a few weeks stops syncing not registering sleep.  Had to re boot 5 times . Not a good time so far bought to help it's not at all.  Getting hot on wrist and makes area of the green lights sore on wrist. Where so I send this back too.

It's still not logging sleep , spo2 or heart . I am at a loss . I have rebooted the watch the phone the app and gone back to the factory setting . And still slept with watch for 5 days and two since the new reboot and still nothing !!!
