My Versa 3 sensor lights on the back are no longer coming on. It tracks my steps and I can still receive notifications on it, but it is no longer tracking my sleep or heart rate. I've tried to shut it down several times but still no red or green lights on the back. I even tried cleaning them, but nothing. I'm a little disappointed in this considering the money paid and it is barely a year old.

Hi, @ginjuan33! Have you tried doing a soft/hard reset of the device? Unfortunately that's all I can really think of to try.

I have tried the soft several times, and did a factory reset as my las resort, but nothing has worked. I even cleaned them and still nothing.

Mine is totally black and no response after being on the charger. Any ideas?
