For the past 3 weeks I have had problems with my Versa 3 recording my steps and exercise data, syncing regularly, then, randomly, deciding to delete the majority of it all at once, leaving entire weeks with 0 steps per day and no exercise stats.
I am so frustrated. I have followed all suggestions I could find including:
Updating app, deleting and reloading app, forgetting and re-pairing Fitbit. This is a pain and an unending nightmare. I've only had this Versa 3 for around 15 months and it was a replacement for my last one that I broke on vacation so just buying another is not a viable option.
Help!
