Versa 3 returning as cannot co-exist with versa 2

Hi,

 

Just received my Versa 3 this morning and when I set it up it removed my Versa 2. I wanted to keep my scuffed and scratched but otherwise working Versa 2 for gardening, DIY and other dirty work and use the Versa 3 for normal wear.

 

Nowhere in the advertising or specifications does it mention you can't have 2 devices on one account.

 

Looking around the forums it seems people have been complaining about this for a few years, but Fitbit have no movement on this.

 

So I have returned the Versa 3 and will be looking around for a new Smartwatch/Fitness tracker eco system that supports this basic functionality.

Hi @Miike29  there is information in this article - click to read. I suppose it's not on the sales information because most people only use and wear one Fitbit.
