My Versa 3 keeps shutting down after a few minutes...nothing works. They only way I can turn it on is by charging it, it goes on, once I put it on my wrist it shut down after a few minutes. I tried restarting it with no success, anybody know if it can get fixed??

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2.
Does your device indicate having been charged to 100 percent while staying on the charging adapter?
If so, I'd assume there's something wrong your device's battery, especially as you've mentioned to already having tried restarting your Versa 3 to get things fixed without success.
