Versa 3 keeps vibrating when I already answer a call

My phone is connected to my Versa 3 and I can answer through the Fitbit.  But if I answer on my phone the Versa 3 keeps ringing even though I am talking on the phone.  Why doesn’t it recognize that the call was answered?  What do I need to do and know?

Hi there, @NMdenise. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

This shouldn't happen, and since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa 3 > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Versa 3 and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Versa 3 and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
