Versa 3 keeps vibrating when I already answer/reject a call

I have on wrist calls and notifications set up on my Versa 3. However, when I get a call and either answer it from my phone, reject the call from my phone the incoming call notification continues on my Fitbit. Conversely, if I reject a call on my Fitbit it doesn’t do the same for my phone and it keeps ringing. I have unpaired and repaired in my phone’s Bluetooth but that hasn’t helped. I had the problem months ago and a new Fitbit firmware update fixed it for a while but the problem is back.

Hi there, @nicoli21. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

This shouldn't happen, and since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa 3 > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Versa 3 and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Versa 3 and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.

This happened to me as well i restarted my watch and it worked perfectly again so that is what i would recommend!

I have a similar problem, but for me, I cannot Open the "Notifications" . when I touch it does not open.

I rebooted the phone twice and still, Notifications will not open.

any suggestions, please?
