Hi @R.j7 it's hard to tell you how long your Versa 3 will last. Everyone has different experiences as to the time factor. My Flex died at nearly two years, but people have said they had one last five or even seven years. So, it really is hard to know how long your Fitbit will last. Battery can't be replaced in these devices. If you really wanted to put in a new battery, you'd have to find the right battery and have a good eye and the proper tools. Even doing that, you can't factory seal it again to keep out water damage.

Hi @R.j7 - batteries is not something you need worry about, they should out live the watch.
You may see posts about short battery life, but the battery itself is most unlikely to be at fault. More often it will be due excessive features use, or internal damage, such as water inside, which causes high drain.
So to make your watch last, avoid contact with water and heat. And most importantly don't do any changes (like firmware updates) to it if it is working once outside warranty.
