First of three loses time, several minutes per day. I looked in the community forms which are seemingly ordered randomly, and found an answer from 2022 that said “ the Fitbit set to refresh in the background,“ whatever that means, no instructions on how to go about doing that. Yes, I have it synced to my iPhone, yes, everything is refreshed and everything is connected by Bluetooth, etc. I tried to look on the Fitbit “help“ form, but it says I don’t have access to that for some reason. obviously, a “watch” should, you know, til time. If this is intended only as a fitness device and telling time is only incidental to the operation, then they shouldn’t called a smart watch, but a smart fitness tracker.

Oh, after doing a factory reset the phone would not turn on at all. After several hours I convinced Amazon to allow me to return it for a partial refund. I won’t be buying any more fitbits. Please take me off your mailing list. Good day.
