My versa 3 smart watch seems to be working ok and when i go on the app it syncs ok but no notifications of calls or messages are coming through any suggestions why or how to fix this please??

Hi @Billyrubble - often helps to check, swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure Sleep and Do not disturb are both disabled, and wrist wake is enabled.

@Billyrubble - thanks, without knowing the phone, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo and check Notifications options and inside, App notifications selections.
Also make sure it's syncing properly and if an iPhone that show preview is always. Without it, it may work if the phone is displaying the Fitbit App.
