Versa 3 not counting calories burnt correctly

Hello, I recently bought a Fitbit Versa 3 off marketplace but it’s not counting my calories properly. It says that I am burning less calories than I am actually burning. I have it on my dominant had and have it set to that as well, I am just wondering if there’s any way I can fix this issue thank you.😊
