I have had Fitbit for last 5 years no complaints apart from issue with the strap but customer service was amazing Now i invested in a new Versa 3 and too say im disappointed is an understatement
Apps constantly freeze
Notifications are hit n miss
Cant store Spotify and play from phone. This was whole point too avoid running without carrying a phone.
In exercise mode i cant use spotify controls
So for £200 i would like some answers or a visit too Trading Standard is my next move as i feel it was false advertising

Where is the false advertising? the Versa 3 specs clearly state that you can 'Store and play music and podcasts with Deezer, plus control Spotify from your wrist—then, use them to stay motivated with curated playlists specifically made for your favourite workouts.'
On my Versa 3, I have no apps that freeze, and my notifications always come through. What phone are you using and is everything fully up to date?

While I hate that Spotify is practically useless on the Versa 3, the notification is not an issue. I was having the same issue but found out soon that the notication for individual apps is turned off by default. You just gotta go to app notifications (Fitbit app > Versa 3 > Notifications > App Notifications) and select the apps you want to receive notifications from. You can select all too. But I did notice that some of the app installed on my phone don't show up in the list (e.g. Viber). So I think you won't be able to get notifications on those app. I not sure about that though.
