My Versa 3 charges to 100%, but drains by the end of day.

Hi @LoriAnn123 - a short battery life such as this could be indicative of a watch fault.

If it gets hot while charging stop immediately as it has internal damage.

Thanks, but it's been all of a sudden. I just updated it 2 days ago, & ever since then, it doesn't hold a charge.

@LoriAnn123 - quite a few people have this problem following a firmware update.

It could be related to a bug or new features being enabled, so check carefully the features and settings.

If your watch has a leak and accumulated water it may also get short battery life and if it gets hot while charging stop immediately.

Thank you for your input. Yes, I feel I would've been better off NOT updating, & I've gone over ALL of my settings several times. Now I've got customer support & the warranty dept. involved. The watch was bought in 2021. Again, thank you. Lori
