I did factory reset on my fitbit versa and now when am trying to set up again its not happening...just the logo is displayed...please help me to fix it....tried many times...

Thanks for letting us know that you tried the factory reset to no success.
I'll be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.
It is possible that the Bluetooth connection between your Versa and your phone is somehow corrupted or not recognized. I'd like to recommend that you go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove any Fitbit device that might show us as a paired device and then run the setup again. That should help so that the Versa is recognized by the phone.

Same happen to me!
After my versa stopped syncing i tried to factory reset.
My phone find the fitbit but the fitbit won't reload the app.
I AM VERY ANGRY!
Any tricks?

I definitely understand how this can be very frustrating.
Did you try the steps that I shared above? If not, please do give it a shot as it should help in getting your Versa to sync and work correctly once more.

Hello This is Raj. I had done a factory reset of then watch today but then after i had done it my phone was not able to connect to the fitbit versa with bluetooth. I tried a ot. I switched off and on my phone 6 times and I did the same with the watch but the firbit app was not able to connect my watch to the phone. It was coming as an error showing that pls restart. I did it manhy times but couldnt connect and i had bought the watch yesteerday. Now what should I do. Pls Help fitbit

@RajHamlai Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing. Which phone do you have? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Got my versa 2 months ago and this month started having an issues with it stating connected to my phone. I unpaired it and set it up again and it worked for a couple of days and now after trying the same thing didn't work. I shut the fit bit down and its stuck on the screen with the dots in the shape of a diamond. I am very upset and heard a lot of people are having the same issue with both apple and android phones. It cost me last 200.00 for the bundle and the first one I had worked fine I just wanted the squat water resistant one bad move. I also think it sucks to jave to do a factory reset and lose ypur information

I did a factory reset also, and it states I need to download the app. I uninstalled the app.and downloaded it again, nothing,it still says please download app, I unpaired it. Now I don't know what to do from here.

I am having the same issue.
My versa started losing time and not syncing so I took it off bluetooth and tried reinstalling app and turning off my iphone/fitbit a hundred times.
So I tried a factory reset and now the versa is stuck on the diamond of dots and telling me to download the app. I have tried this on both my phone and also on a computer with bluetooth. Both aren't working.
Its a joke. What I am supposed to do?

If you open the app and then run the set up, do you get some sort of error message or does it just don't load?
Also could you clarify what you mean when you say that you took it off Bluetooth? Do you mean you went into the phone's settings and unpaired it from there?
