Versa 3 not receiving notifications

Since the software update my Versa 3 no longer receives notifications from selects apps eg WhatsApp. I have googled and tried all suggested solutions without success. This is an important function on my watch and need to have it solved please.

Please, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same issue.

In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 10 or higher or Apple iOS 15 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.

Hi and thanks for the settings. I have been through the process but still no luck. I am confused that in Bluetooth I have a Versa 3 and a Versa 3 Controls. The controls do not connect via Bluetooth. Otherwise all the settings you advised are correct. I have an iPhone 13 Pro with the latest IOS. As far as I can see my Fitbit app and watch are both up to date

Any other suggestions.

Thank you for your help. I was also not receiving notifications on my  Versa 2. I ended up turning data saver off and that seems to have taken care of it. I have a Samsung S23FE with a Versa 2.
