Versa 3 is not syncing. When I try to restart it, it just vibrates several times and cycles through different screens, but will not recharge. Thumbs are dead with trying.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 3. Thanks for having tried to get things fixed by yourself.
Please try if switching your device off and rebooting it will bring it back to working order. To do so please open the Settings app on your device then tap Shut down. To turn on your device on again, press it's button.
If that won't work I'd suggest letting the battery of your Versa 3 drain to the point where your device will shut off. Then give it a full charge which will require more time as usual as this time the battery will be deep discharged.
