Versa 3 not syncing sleep and exercise

I have reset both watch and iphone 11 (ios18.4), uninstalled app, restarted iphone11 and added new app. Restarted both devices a few times since then. Bluetooth is on, I can see steps for the day, see sms messages and find a phone is working. This started 6 days ago, would appreciate any help.

Me too.  All seems okay, accept, I don’t know when. I think when Google took over, I hit Exercise on my Versa 3 and it seems to take that but then comes back to the panel with Exercise and other choices are?

it still is counting steps and getting heart rate but I cannot pick the type for exercise anymore.  There might be some other missing items?

2 days after I wrote this I did a factory reset, I lost the 6 days of information I had during the problem but nothing else. Working perfectly now.
