Hello All, bought Versa 3 as a replacement for voluntary recall Ionic, still waiting several weeks for refund, despite the customary automated email promising prompt action.LOL. Was working ok but suddenly stopped syncing with the Samsung android and the W 10 desktop, would really appreciate some practical help not just the usual fitbit links to the same old useless websites. Much appreciated.

Have a Vera 3, replacement after voluntary recall of Ionic, paid for it but needless to say still waiting for several weeks for the refund, Fitbit malaise again. After many hours setting up and syncing with Samsung Android,working ok for several weeks. Suddenly while watch was working ok, stopped syncing with the Samsung phone and my W 10 desktop, would appreciate help with syncing, do not want to endure the entire set up again, no thanks.

My Versa 3 loses connection to my Android phone any time I move a few feet away from the phone. The only way I have found to reset the connection is to restart my phone. A pain, but it is the only thing I have found that works.

Yes had to do the same, restart the Versa 3, and all that goes with it, but it seemed to work, for now. Thanks.
