Versa 3 not syncing

My Fitbit only syncs with my other devices (iPhone and iPad) when they are on charger.  It works fine on my wrist but my devices don’t update unless I have them on charge.  The minute I take them off then they do not sync.  I have checked Bluetooth is switched on.  Switched off and on.  Turned devices off then on and nothing works.  Put my devices on charger and they sync again.  I would love to know what else I could try.  Thank you.

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Versa 3.

 

Before considering other options, I recommend that you try restarting the watch following these steps

 

Keep in mind that you need to sync through the Fitbit app and not through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. In addition to the restart, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
