My versa 3 will not display my exercise route in the app and I have to manually sync it to my Samsung phone mobile. I've only had the Versa 3 ten months. 😡

Hi @Cast1 - as first steps try restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.
And logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure you are not using any other devices connected to your watch - these steps should clear the issue unless there were updates to your phone.
