Versa 3 not tracking floors

For the past week my Versa 3 has not tracked any of the stairs I’ve climbed.  It never had any issues with floors previously.  I tried updating the firmware today and restarting my Versa 3, but it still isn’t counting floors.  Is there anything else I can try?

Yes I did have the same issue @Heather-S. My Sense just gave up counting floors one day. I'm sorry to say @MRDMom but after months of zero floor counts and a FW update, the only fix for me was a new Sense. Most definitely a hardware failure. If you are still under warranty I'd recommend contacting customer support (here), hopefully they can send you a replacement.

@N8teGee Didn’t you have this issue with your Sense? Do you remember how you fixed it?

Thank you for your answer!  I suspected it might not be something fixable.  This Versa 3 has lasted over a year and a half, so it’s outside of its warranty period, but I appreciate the information.

Depending on where you live @MRDMom, it might still be in warranty. Take the UK where I'm from for instance, all electrical goods come with a minimum of 2 year warranty. It might still be worth contacting customer support to see if they can offer anything.
