Versa 3 not tracking steps

I've seen many such posts about this problem but no solution.

  • Sometimes my hours in which I have done 250+ steps according to my Versa 3, does not register as an hour in the app.  This seems to happen when steps are completed at the very end of the particular hour. When I check the number of steps that I have done in those hours, on the app, I have fallen short by a few steps. 

Could this be down to a time difference between my Fitbit and my phone/app?

Thanks for informing me bout this situation in regards to the steps tracked by your Versa 3.

Yes, this may be impacted by the time zone in both of your Versa 3, I recommend you to check this out by following the steps in this article on how to change your time.

It's not a time zone difference causing this problem.
