I have had my Versa 3 for two weeks. The strap has never stayed on and Fitbit have sent me a new Sports strap to replace the Classic one, but it still doesn't stay on. So I'm sending the watch back to Amazon to get my money back. I also can't get on with the lack of button as I use it for swimming and I have to get out of the pool, wipe my finger and screen with a towel before I can end a timed session.
Is Versa 4 any better, has it still got the silly strap connector and is the button still the same finger pressure button. If that is the case then I'm afraid they have lost yet another customer as I'm going elsewhere.
The original Versa worked well until the screen leaked after 3 years. The buttons worked as well, it just didn't have GPS, so I upgraded to Versa 3 only to find GPS doesn't work in swim mode so no use for endurance sea swimming.
No hope for me I think, any suggestions?
