I’ve had fitbits for years. My latest Fitbit just quit working and I’ve had it only a year. It wouldn’t recharge and I ordered a new charger to see if that was the problem. It was not. My wife had the same problem with her versa. I think we are done with Fitbit. It’s a waste of money and no one at the company responds to calls. It’s a shame cause we loved the product.
