Hi there, @Davidmtchll74. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing a photo of how your Versa 3 is behaving. 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Davidmtchll74  - you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They will assist you with a factory reset.

It is a good idea to make a note of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset.
