Versa 3 screen and syncing issues

My Versa 3 can’t access anything on the watch doesn’t let me swipe right no controls work, have gone  into Bluetooth and looked for Versa 3 controls not found went into wrist on calls can’t access either

Hi @Darren1974 - as a first step try logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone.
