Fitbit Versa 3 screen blank- tried resetting- no success. The quality of the product is very disappointing. Currently my fitbit versa 3 has a blank screen and despite hard reset will not work and its only 1.5 years old. When it did work, text notifications would be missed by the watch, it doesn't display my swim laps unless I check on the App.

Hi @Versa3_User - it sounds like it has suffered internal damage due to water getting in.

If it is no longer under warranty and you liked the watch you may still be able to get another in the shops.

Note: later models don't have some of the features found on your watch even though they are more expensive.
