The screen of my versa 3 has detached from the watch. I bought it online. Do I go to a jeweller / watch repair or someone else?

Hi there, @Razzaphillipd @DeEmerald. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 3's screen.

When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.

Regarding to your inquiry, please note the screen cannot be replaceable and/or repaired.

Before doing something to your watch, please review Availability or repair facilities/spare parts and Exclusions and Limitations

If you have any questions regarding what is covered under the warranty you can read more about it here fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.

Hope this helps.

This happened to me this morning. Looks like the glue has failed. Maybe the hot weather. If you’re under guarantee I would approach FitBit first.
