I have owned my versa 3 for a little bit more of a year and a half, I was so happy with it útil one day Just died, It wont charge, I cleaned it and one day Just started working, but suddenly when I tried to used it, it Just became aparte, I so sad and angey why this fitbit watches are so frágiles, even though they are for working out, swiming, sleeping everything.

As for the screen that came off, note when a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors. Please note the screen cannot be replaceable and/or repaired.
