Hello,
I love Fitbit and have been using purchased various trackers/watches over the years and have always been satisfied with their quality.
However, the top of my Versa 3 randomly came off while I was watching TV. I treat my Fitbit with much care, and due to a demanding job I don't have time to exercise -- so no sweat/humidity/etc. I have read the posts and it seems that this issue is affecting several users.
I am aware that the response I'll get will suggest to get in touch with customer support, BUT I bought my Versa 3 in Nov 2020 meaning that the 1 yr warranty has come to an end.
I used to be more active with my previous Fitbit trackers/watches and they lasted 4+ yrs -- never experienced a hardware issue. These Fitbits are expensive and I can't be buying one every year or so. The sad part is that I bought 2 additional Versa 3 as gifts for my parents a few months ago and now I'm fearing this will happen to them right after their warranty expires.
Any suggestions?
Thank you
