Versa 3 screen came off

Does anyone have a. Issue where the face comes off the device. It still connect with a ribbon cable and still work but face separates from device. About 2 year Fitbit user and this is the 2nd device happened to. Also happens with my mom’s versa. Cannot even get replace because warranty expires.
