This is the 2nd time while being in Jamaica that the face of my Fitbit has came unglued. Now they not working. Both have had less than a year Fitbit versus2 and versus3

I have the same issue with a Versa 3, less than six months old. Cannot get anyone to answer what to do. I have not been able to get through on the chat line, nor on the phone. Very distressing. No knowledge of the next steps I should take.

I’m still here in Jamaica and I can’t call but I’m able to chat. Now the screen is dark. Very unhappy with this happening with the last two Fitbit
